Shipping and Returns

Shipping for virtual products (PDFs, mp3s, services, etc) is typically via download. Upon completing your order and your order being successfully processed, you will log into your account and click on order status, where you’ll see the link for downloading your item.
Actual items are sent via UPS, DHL or USPS.

Sales on all virtual products (PDFs, mp3s, services etc) are final. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by FAS-N.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you have any concerns we will be happy to resolve them for you.
